Look ladies, I get it

-you feel like no matter what you do you can’t move that last 10lbs

-you manage to squeeze in 3 workouts a week, but you’re wondering if it’s worth it

-you know you can improve nutrition, but not sure what to eat for your body

-maybe you’re raising kids & barely have time for yourself

And that’s why I want to share my top 3 tips for accomplishing your health & body goals during those phases where you feel like you can’t manage it all

1. ASK FOR HELP.  Women have been putting others first & themselves last for centuries, but where has that gotten us? Don’t let your pride of having to ‘do it all’ suck your soul & vital energy system dry

Pro Tip: ask your man friend to pick up a chore & give him exact instruction & deadline, don’t assume that he knows how to do it your way

2. CHOOSE SLEEP OVER THE GYM. It seems counter intuitive, but it’s more beneficial to get adequate sleep than to wakeup early, grind though a workout, & be dog-tired for the coming days. When our body is deprived of sleep, we have more cravings, blood sugar issues, & elevated cortisol – no bueno for hormone balance

Pro Tip: If you don’t sleep 7 hrs, don’t workout that day

3. MAKE MEALS SIMPLE YET DELICIOUS. If you’re inside of HHB, you know that we hammer down on a whole food diet approach. To break it down, try implementing our 4×4 rule. Eat 4 meals spread evenly across the day & include 4 components in each meal: protein, starchy carb, healthy fat, and veggie
