Different Training, Different Body Compositions

6 years ago when I was a competitive half marathoner (left). And today just trying to be a decent CrossFitter (right).

Back then I’d run trails, roads, treadmills all day every day. These days I probably run once a week? And it’s usually never more than a mile! There’s no way I could have planned for this journey.
